Who designs your courses?

My name is Jenn, CEO and Chief Learning Architect of Brazen Learning. My path into education started when I became a foster parent after a successful lengthy career in retail store management and corporate training. That unique mix of frontline business leadership and classroom empathy is what drives everything we build here. My passion is advocating for practical skills that actually work for you in the real world. All of our courses are built in-house with our team of designers and overseen by myself and then quality checked twice for compliance and correctness. 

Are your courses regularly updated?

Yes!  Our school is committed to creating and continuously improving effective learning resources. Courses are checked  every 3-6 months for compliance and annually for professional courses. This ensure each course is correct and compliant. 

Do I get a certificate for your online courses?

Yes! You will get a certificate for the completion of an online course as soon as you have marked all course units as completed and you have passed the online course exams. **Special Courses are not eligible for CLPs or Certificates
