Meet Our CEO & Chief Learning Architect ~
I don’t just run a training company—I build people.
My path to founding Brazen Learning wasn’t a straight line; it was a masterclass in leadership and high-stakes execution. I started in the trenches of big-box retail management at stores like Big Lots and K-mart, learning early on that true leadership isn't about managing tasks—it's about building people.
After more than 15 years in leadership, I stepped into FinTech at PayPal, running over 200 high-intensity risk management training classes to prepare agents for complex buyer protection policies. When life called for a shift and I became a foster parent, I pivoted—heading back to school to teach so I could be there for my family.
After facing down and beating cancer, I took my Master of Education and channeled my "2e" brain into Instructional Design. Since then, I’ve completed an MBA in IT Management, knocked out my PMP, and built an impressive 70+ course catalog covering everything from rigid FAR/DFARS/CMMC defense compliance to Project Management and Network Engineering.
Today, as Founder and CEO of Brazen Learning, I bring all of that raw, real-world experience to you. Bringing my avid people-first leadership style, I now channel that into training that engages all.
We don't build dry, "check-the-box" slides. We build high-impact, interactive training designed by someone who knows how to lead, how to teach, and how to win.
