She holds an M.Ed. in Instructional Design, an M.S. in Curriculum & Instruction, an MBA in IT Management, and a B.A. in Special Education/Elementary Education. Her professional certifications include PMP, PSM-II, SAFe 6 Agilist, Certified Agile Leader, and LSSYB.
